AI Rank System is a business-to-business (B2B) marketing services company. Our Services are designed for, and offered to, businesses and the marketing professionals who represent them. We do not market our Services to consumers, and consumers are not the intended audience of the Website. By accessing or using the Website or the Services, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of this Privacy Policy, please discontinue use of the Website and Services.

Where AI Rank System acts as a service provider to a business client, that client is responsible for its own privacy disclosures on its own website. We provide our business clients with the contractual terms
and data handling commitments needed to support their compliance.

2.1 Information you provide directly
When you contact us, request an AI Visibility Audit, book a strategy session, sign up for a newsletter, or
otherwise interact with the Website, we may collect information you provide directly, including:
• Name, business email address, business phone number, company name, and job title.
• Website URL of the business you represent.
• Information you submit through web forms, including stated business objectives and competitor information.
• Communications you send to us, including email, chat messages, and call recordings (where applicable and disclosed at the time of recording).

• Queries and prompts run against third-party AI engines (such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity, and Copilot) for the purpose of measuring AI search visibility. These queries reference brand names, competitor names, and category keywords, and do not include personal
information of any individual website visitor.
• Results returned by third-party AI engines in response to our queries.
AI Rank System does not collect or process personal information of individual website visitors of our clients’ websites as part of the Services. The Services are focused on the visibility of brands and businesses in AI search results, not on the identification or tracking of individual end users.
3. How We Use Information
We use the information described above for the following purposes:
• To operate, maintain, and improve the Website and the Services.
• To respond to inquiries, schedule strategy sessions, deliver AI Visibility Audits, and provide ongoing client support.
• To communicate with prospective and current business clients about AI Rank System products, updates, offers, and educational content.

As part of the Services, AI Rank System sends queries to third-party AI search and generative engines, including but not limited to OpenAI (ChatGPT), Anthropic (Claude), Google (Gemini), Perplexity, Microsoft (Copilot), and xAI (Grok). These queries contain brand names, competitor names, and
industry-related prompts that are part of our visibility measurement methodology.
These queries do not include personal information about Website visitors or about any individual associated with our business clients. The use of each third-party AI engine is subject to that engine’s own terms of service and privacy policy.
6. How We Share Information
6.1 With service providers
We share information with third-party service providers who perform services on our behalf, such as cloud hosting (including Google Cloud, Amazon Web Services, and Microsoft Azure), analytics, email delivery, payment processing, customer support, and the third-party AI engines described in Section 5.
These service providers are contractually obligated to handle the information consistent with this Privacy Policy and applicable law.
6.2 With business clients
Where AI Rank System delivers Services that produce data outputs (such as visibility reports, citation tracking, and competitive analyses), we provide those outputs to the business client that engaged us.
The client is responsible for the use of those outputs in accordance with applicable law and its ownprivacy commitments.
6.3 For legal reasons
We may disclose information if we believe in good faith that such disclosure is necessary to comply with a legal obligation, to respond to lawful requests from public authorities, to enforce our agreements, to investigate or prevent illegal activity, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of AI Rank System, our clients, our employees, or others.
6.4 In a business transaction
If AI Rank System is involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, bankruptcy, or sale of all or part of its assets, information may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to standard confidentiality protections.
6.5 What we do not do

Client data is retained in accordance with the terms of the applicable client agreement. Where a client relationship terminates, we retain residual client data in accordance with the data retention provisions of the applicable client agreement (typically up to six months) before secure deletion, except where longer retention is required by law.

8.1 General rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights with respect to the personal information we hold about you, including the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict our use of your personal information, the right to data portability, and the right to object to certain processing activities. 8.2 California residents (CCPA and CPRA)
