We provide the information to clients in the following ways:

Does the AI Rank System Privacy Policy cover just the AI Rank System website, and/or does it also include AI Rank System’s data products?

The AI Rank System privacy policy ONLY covers visitors to the ranksystem.ai domain and does NOT cover its products (e.g. Audience Eagle, EagleID and Eagle InMarket). Our Privacy Policy was written by the AI Rank System legal team strictly for the benefit of AI Rank System and should not be used as a model, an example or be construed as legal advice or recommendations. Every company must consult with their legal team to determine the proper privacy policy to implement for their own websites and businesses.

How is the client data that AI Rank System collects protected?

All data collected by AI Rank System is encrypted both in transit and at rest. We have strict access control policies to prevent unauthorized users (including unauthorized AI Rank System employees and contractors) from being able to access your data.

Does AI Rank System share it or use client data with anyone outside of the client?

AI Rank System does NOT use or share client data with anyone outside of the client or who they have explicitly designated in writing to share it with.

How does AI Rank System encrypt the data?

All data transfer occurs using industry standard TLS encrypted connections and is stored (encryption at rest) using modern public key encryption standards. Encryption keys are securely stored.

Does AI Rank System store client Personal Identifiable Information (PII) data?

Your data is encrypted to prevent unauthorized access in transit and at rest. It is hosted using various services through systems such as Google Cloud and/or other equivalent public cloud providers such as AWS and Microsoft Azure.

When a client terminates the agreement, what is AI Rank System data retention period?

We store old customer data for 6 months and they automatically destroy it. While it’s being stored, we have strict access control policies to prevent unauthorized users (including unauthorized AI Rank System employees and contractors) from being able to access your data.

How does this work with CCPA & CPRA?

CCPA and CPRA are consumer-oriented laws, so every company must give consumers (vs businesses) who visit their website the ability to opt out (as well as other specified provisions in both legislations) in order to be compliant.

AI Rank System does NOT offer services directly to consumers therefore CCPA and CPRA do not apply to us. CCPA/CPRA compliance is ultimately the responsibility of each website owner. The 108 Group, LLC dba AI Rank System does not provide legal advice or information, so please consult your legal counsel regarding these matters in order to determine what steps are necessary and appropriate for your business.

How does this work with GDPR?

AI Rank System technologies only resolve US identities and serves US-based customers, so the European General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) doesn’t apply to our website, technologies, nor products.
